- We ship Australia-wide.
- Standard shipping: $10 flat rate
- Express shipping: $15
- Free in-store pickup at our South Wharf store
- Delivery time: 2–6 business days Australia-wide
Exchange Policy
We offer 28-day exchanges, both online and in-store.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be clean, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Proof of purchase is required
Faulty or incorrect items: please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund (we cover reasonable return postage for confirmed faults), in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
