This policy explains how and where we ship orders placed at theuggoutlet.com.au. All prices in our store are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Where we ship
We currently only ship within Australia.

Free in-store pickup: Collect your order for free from our South Wharf store
In-store pickup
You can choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order from Shop B-107/20 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf VIC 3006. We will email you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Please bring your order confirmation when you collect.
In-stock & pre-order items
Some sizes and colours are available for pre-order. In-stock items are dispatched from our South Wharf store within 1–2 business days. If any item in your order is a pre-order, we will contact you after you place your order to confirm the expected timing, which is usually around 7–14 days. If you would prefer, we can ship your in-stock items first and send pre-order items separately once they arrive.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.
